My name is Andy Helencik and I'm a pastry chef from my little kingdom at Andy's cakebake :)
Andy's cakebake And a small pastry shop in Bergamo that I created with a great passion for sweets and a desire to introduce something new and creative.
I've always had a passion for sweets and I loved making them every Sunday with my grandmother or my mom.
Now I do all of them days and with the same passion and desire to create new recipes, more healthier and more originals.
My passion is become my job and it is not there nothing more nice to wake up and be happy to work :)
All this is thanks to my customers who believe in me and who like my creations.
My sweets & cakes are made with the best ingredients to give a unique taste.
Each cake is personalized and made to measure ed And unique and special :)
All desserts & the cakes are handmade by me and are cared for down to the last detail.
Andy's cakebake usa exclusively mascarpone cream coating and do not use sugar paste or marzipan.
My philosophy is to make every cake & cake as healthy as possible, always using healthier ingredients, simpler and less guilty eating them :)
In the assortment of my desserts there are VEGAN , GLUTEN -FREE and LACTOSE -FREE options.
Your satisfaction is my priority .. and as I say ' fantasy has no limits' is true also in the world of sweets where you can play with
tastes, colors, sizes and shapes to infinity :)
Usually the order times are at least 5 days before for cakes and 3 days before for desserts.
