The basis of the  cheesecake  is made of crunchy crumbled cookies  which are tied together with the  melted butter, the fork always sinks on a  creamy cheese-based body  that melts in your mouth.
 The dough is very fresh and light thanks to all the healthier ingredients we use.
 It can be modified with fresh fruit that gives even more taste and freshness and goes very well with Salted Caramel in bulk on Cheesecake :)
